The guy who runs WAM was at my house the same day I called to check out the job and give me an estimate. The price was very fair. The 2 guys who came the next morning to do the repair were very knowledgable and all around good guys. I watched the repair as they were doing it bc I wanted to see what I did wrong when I attempted it. They took the time to explain and show me which I appreciated.

They did an outstanding job! The communication was great. The workers were prompt, very respectful and professional. The work that was done is perfect. They cleaned up after themselves and it was spotless when they left. I would definitely recommend using them for all your electrical needs.
Contacted WAM late afternoon needing an evaporator fan motor, they had one in stock (most suppliers other were 10 days delivery) and WAM said I would get it the next day with Australia post express delivery (Only $5 more than standard), and sure enough it arrived lunchtime the following day as promised. Congratulations WAM and Australia Post brilliant service.
WAM Electric has addressed several electrical issues for us and their work is always excellent. Andrew and his team are kind, sweet, funny and do quality work for reasonable prices, and the office manager Jessie is their secret weapon/customer service rock star. Jessie coordinates everything and is always available to answer any questions. She even came by once to confirm the team had received an update. We’ll definitely be using them for our electrical needs in the future!

Finally decided to get a generator hooked up, Andrew was quick to respond and right on time for the appointment. He made sure to walk me thru the process of using the generator before he left with step by step instructions. He even laid out different pricing options to fit our budget. Huge peace of mind and extremely satisfied! Highly recommend WAM for any electrical service!!
